What will it cost?
The construction cost will depend on many factors such as , Permit fees , engineering, type of building, geography, building and finishing materials, and fixtures, to name a few. However, we are happy to work with clients to try and make the project cost effective.
How can I keep costs down?
We give clients total control of their budget for finishes and fixtures. We are always open to discuss ways to potentially lower building costs
Will I need a building permit?
Most councils will require a building permit for construction and renovations unless the works are not structural. Generally, we take the responsibility for obtaining the necessary permits and we are also happy to work with owner builders who might already have permits in place.
How long will it take?
Advancements in technology and construction methods are significantly shortening build times. The length of time to complete your project will depend on the scope of the project. Also, delays in the permitting process can impact construction time. We schedule all projects to be started and completed in reasonable time frames without compromising Quality!
Do we need to move out during the renovation?
Renovating can often be done in stages allowing you to remain at home during the construction process. There may be some minor inconveniences as some areas will be closed off during construction. We take pride in our work and make sure the site is clean at all times.
How will you protect my property?
We will provide you will a clear idea of how the construction area will be cordoned off from the rest of your home and how you’ll be able to move through your house.
